Who am I?
I’m a fitness and nutrition coach with a degree in Exercise Science from Ball State University, a mom of two wild boys, and a firm believer that strength looks different on everyone.
My mission?
To help women reclaim their energy, confidence, and power — not by chasing someone else’s ideal, but by building a plan that actually fits your body, your life, and your goals.

We’ll build habits and routines that work for your season of life. We’ll focus on the basics done well, smart progressions, and real-world nutrition that fuels your workouts and your day-to-day.
Why it matters to me
I’ve lived through seasons of exhaustion, overwhelm, and feeling stuck in a body that didn’t match how I wanted to feel. I know firsthand that it’s about so much more than looks — it’s about showing up for your life with steady energy, strong muscles, and the confidence to do hard things.
